About Us

About Us

Danny Sadler Jr. has dedicated his entire adult life to constructing new homes in Polk County. His extensive expertise in the construction
process enables him to handle every aspect of the building journey proficiently. Alongside his wife Niki, this dynamic pair established
Sadler Homes in 2017. Niki enriches the customer experience by providing a “TV Experience,” designing home plans on the computer,
and presenting clients with a 3D view of their custom home. This along with Danny’s extensive experience in the home building industry
has led to several awards including Home Of the Year in 2020 and 2023 from the Polk County Builders Association. Together they
have been blessed with three boys, Drake, Lang, and Rhett, who occasionally lend their helping hands on job sites from time to time.
When clients choose Sadler Homes, they collaborate directly with Danny, Niki, and their exceptional team. This personal touch is what
defines Sadler Homes as your family-owned, small-town home builder. “We build quality homes, so you can build lasting memories.”
